Structured Warm-up (with / withoutball)

Structured warm-up will hellp to kids and young players to increase blood flow before training and game. Increase players mobility and coordination. Get players focused for the game and training,

You can arrenge size of grid of number of players,

When you started to sructured warm-up, you can start from simple movements to more complex one with or withoutball.

Do not forget good demonstration allways help.
